We are seeking a passionate and academically strong legal professional to join our renowned Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Frankfurt. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging national and international matters, advising companies, creditors, and insolvency administrators.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the team in restructuring financings, cross-border insolvency proceedings, and complex litigation. You will also be involved in advising on directors’ duties, refinancing, and distressed M&A transactions.

We are looking for someone with excellent academic credentials, strong commercial awareness, and fluency in German and English. You should be a team player with high motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
