Catalent opened its global corporate headquarters on the 41st floor of Bank of America Plaza after leaving Somerset. Limbach restated headquarters at 5102 W Laurel Street and said nearly 40 percent of corporate staff already sat in Tampa. AirSculpt approved 2023 West Platt Street on 5 August 2026 while its general counsel still signed from Miami Beach. A Tampa headquarters plaque does not relocate the securities client wall. A head of talent at a phosphate and potash producer reported to us that deputy general counsel candidates from Northeast desks did not pass the Tampa sitting test on the first calendar. Crown Holdings, whose world headquarters is in Tampa, reported in its March 2026 DEF 14A that its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary received fiscal 2025 base salary of $675,000, stock awards of $1,248,788, non-equity incentive of $1,080,000, and total compensation of $3,501,028. The CD&A states his target bonus rose from 70 percent to 80 percent of base, with a 2025 maximum of 160 percent, or $1,080,000.
Bloomin' Brands reported in its definitive proxy filed 3 March 2026 that its Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary received fiscal 2025 salary of $520,000, a special cash bonus of $80,000, stock awards of $600,010, non-equity incentive of $320,892, all other compensation of $2,425, and total compensation of $1,523,327. Target STIP was 85 percent of base; the 2025 individual performance factor was 110 percent. An 8 December 2025 Form 8-K approved a $300,000 grant-date-value retention RSU award vesting over three years from 5 January 2026. The $155,000 gap between those two bases is the published Tampa headquarters spread.
