A chief legal officer at a listed footwear company said the seat needed someone who had already lived through a Chapter 99 line-removal cycle. Adjacent in-house supply sits at NIKE Customs and Trade in Beaverton (Lewis & Clark Law School, 10 June 2025), at Columbia Sportswear counsel who filed a December 2025 CIT action, and at Daimler Truck North America and Intel CAPITL trade lawyers. Perkins Coie stated in 2026 that only the importer of record or the licensed ACE broker may upload the CAPE CSV, each file capped at 9,999 entries.

Its Form 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2025 records a December 2025 CIT action over about $50 million of 2025 incremental tariffs plus 2026 amounts. NIKE's Beaverton campus booked $986 million of expected IEEPA recovery in the quarter ended 31 May 2026. adidas America sits at adidas Village; Daimler Truck North America and Intel Hillsboro keep in-house trade benches in the metro.
The Port of Portland posted a Deputy General Counsel role on 12 August 2026 at Airport Way; that records seat is a different mandate. Nike's live Lead, Trade and Customs requisition at Bowerman Drive partners with Customs & Trade Legal and discloses no pay range. District importers fund this headcount while CAPE and CIT clocks run. A head of talent at a heavy-duty truck manufacturer reported to us that broker-side CAPE filers outnumbered JD candidates who had touched ACE.
