Cravath Salary 2026: The Firm's Own Table
The market still prices this firm as the nickname for everyone else's lockstep. The 2026 table a general counsel matching Cravath actually needs is the 18 November 2025 memo: $225,000 to $420,000 in associate base, a bonus stack on top, and partner economics that are an Am Law average, not a salary. That discard is wrong.
The nickname is not the paycheck.
On 18 November 2025 in New York, Cravath printed 2026 associate bases of $225,000 to $420,000. Sartori maps about 67,000 lawyers in New York. The market still treats Cravath salary as a nickname for the lockstep. That discard is wrong for the associate who earns the figure and for the general counsel who has to match it.

The Cravath salary table a general counsel actually funds
The careers page still prints a New York associate base band of $225,000 to $420,000. That band is the 18 November 2025 memorandum, class year by class year, and it is the only 2026 base table this firm has published.
Cravath, Swaine & Moore pays New York associates on a lockstep keyed to class year. The memorandum for all lawyers dated 18 November 2025 sets 2026 bases from the class of 2025 at $225,000 through the class of 2019 at $420,000. It does not print a class-of-2018 or eighth-year base. The same PDF is the source for 2025 year-end and special bonuses. Reuters, in a November 2025 item, wrote that associates at top firms make between $225,000 and $435,000 depending on class year; that sentence is a market-scale statement, not a Cravath memo cell, and the memo’s own top printed base is $420,000.
The firm’s recruiting site, accessed 11 September 2026, still states that associates in New York are paid on a base salary scale currently ranging from $225,000 to $420,000, plus a discretionary year-end bonus. That is the same band as the memo. It is not a confirmation of the June 2026 market raise. NALP’s 2025 Associate Salary Survey, as of 1 January 2025, put the national first-year median at $200,000 and the median at firms of more than 700 lawyers at $215,000; $225,000 was the most frequently reported first-year salary, in 32 percent of offices. New York City already had $225,000 as the market median on that date. Cravath’s 2026 floor is that mode, held in place after the market moved.
| Class year | Seniority | 2026 base | Year-end bonus | Special bonus | All-in cash |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Class of 2025 | 1st year | $225,000 | $15,000* | $6,000* | Prorated |
| Class of 2024 | 2nd year | $235,000 | $20,000 | $6,000 | $261,000 |
| Class of 2023 | 3rd year | $260,000 | $30,000 | $10,000 | $300,000 |
| Class of 2022 | 4th year | $310,000 | $57,500 | $15,000 | $382,500 |
| Class of 2021 | 5th year | $365,000 | $75,000 | $20,000 | $460,000 |
| Class of 2020 | 6th year | $390,000 | $90,000 | $25,000 | $505,000 |
| Class of 2019 | 7th year | $420,000 | $105,000 | $25,000 | $550,000 |
| Class of 2018 | 8th year | Not published | $115,000 | $25,000 | Cannot compute |
Asterisks mark prorated cells. All-in figures are arithmetic on the memo’s published lines, not a separate survey. Source: Cravath memorandum, 18 November 2025.
The ABA Journal, on 19 November 2025, reprinted the seven-rung $225,000–$420,000 table and wrote that base salaries for associates will remain the same at Cravath in 2026. That contemporaneous reprint is the journalism confirmation of the freeze, not a second scale. Clerkship cash, a joint J.D./M.B.A. starter and summer weekly pay sit on the careers pages; they are not in the memo grid and are taken up with the earner, below, rather than added into all-in here.
The printed band sits in three offices. New York holds Corporate, Litigation, Tax, Executive Compensation and Benefits, and Trusts and Estates. London is staffed with corporate lawyers on an 18- to 24-month rotation from New York plus lawyers based in London who do not rotate, on capital markets, SEC compliance, M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate. Washington, D.C. is written as high-stakes regulatory, enforcement, compliance and investigations. The memo’s bonus payment geography already treats New York and D.C. as one payday and London as a week later. A general counsel matching this firm is matching a New York lockstep that travels with the seat, not a local discount.
Bonus cash, no hours test, and a raise this firm did not join.
The bonus is a second instrument on the same PDF. The June 2026 market raise is a third document, and Cravath is not on it.
Printed baseDecember cash
- Class-year base Lockstep at the associate level. The rung is the graduation year, not origination, not hours, not a manager’s grade.
- Year-end bonus A second ladder on the same memo, compressing at the senior end so several classes draw the same top cell.
- Special bonus A third cell, also by class year. Eligibility is written without a billable-hour or similar test.
Year-end bonuses on the 18 November 2025 memo run from $15,000 prorated for the class of 2025 to $115,000 for the class of 2018. Special bonuses run from $6,000 to $25,000, with the 2020 through 2018 classes at the $25,000 top. Combined, the class-of-2018 bonus stack is $140,000. Reuters, via a November 2025 reprint, reported Cravath informing associates they will receive payouts up to $140,000, and that the firm declined to comment. Payment dates on the memo are 12 December 2025 in New York and Washington, D.C., and 19 December 2025 in London. Foreign associates are paid on start-year class; part-year lawyers are prorated.
The FAQ page, accessed 11 September 2026, states that the firm does not have minimum billable hours requirements and that billable hours are not considered when determining salary or bonuses, and that compensation at the associate level is lockstep. The memo says the same thing in one sentence: the firm does not apply any billable-hour or similar criteria in determining eligibility for associate bonuses. For a general counsel reading an offer, that is the opposite of many in-house bonus plans, which gate cash on a performance year. The hours test is not how this stack is built.
Milbank announced a market-wide associate raise on 2 June 2026, moving first-year base to $235,000 and eighth-year base to $455,000, effective 1 July 2026, as Above the Law’s compensation scorecard recorded, with special bonuses of $6,000 to $25,000 announced 27 July 2026. Cravath is not on that raises table. Above the Law, on 26 August 2026, put the silence at just over 12 weeks — 85 days — since the Milbank announcement. Theories in that piece about waiting until November are commentary, not a firm number. The nickname is not the paycheck.

The nickname is not the paycheck.
Partner economics that are public are averages. The salary is not.
A partner paycheck at this firm is not a public cell. What is public is profits per equity partner, revenue per lawyer, an equity-partner count, and two structural changes: modified lockstep, then a salaried nonequity tier.
Associate lockstepUnpublished salary partner
- Associate lockstep Class year sets base and bonus. The grid is public. Hours are not a gate.
- Modified-lockstep equity Seniority is no longer the only partner lever. Contribution sits beside tenure. PEP is an average of that pool.
- Nonequity / salary partner A salaried tier exists in 2023 reporting. The dollar band was never published. Of-counsel is a parallel senior seat.
Law.com’s 15 April 2025 Am Law 100 ranking by gross revenue put Cravath at rank 49, with 532 lawyers, 90 equity partners and $1.2 billion in FY2024 gross revenue, up 9.09 percent. The 6 May 2025 Am Law 200 top-performers table printed RPL of $2,256,000, up 2.5 percent, and PEP of $6,850,000, up 13.2 percent. The 18 September 2025 Global 100-by-PEP table repeated PEP of $6,850,000 on 90 equity partners and $1.2 billion of revenue, global PEP rank 9 among Global 100-by-revenue firms. Those are FY2024 cells, published in 2025.
FY2025 is thinner in the open tables. Above the Law, on 15 April 2026, put Cravath RPL at $2.255 million, down 0.04 percent, rank 10 on the 2026 Am Law 100. The PEP top 10 that cycle ran from Wachtell at $12.152 million to Milbank at $7.620 million. Cravath is not on that list, so FY2025 PEP is not a sourced number here and is omitted. Am Law 100 aggregates for the same cycle, as Above the Law recorded in that 15 April 2026 write-up, included a 14 percent PEP rise and RPL gains at 92 of 100 firms. A 30 April 2026 Am Law summary put FY2025 gross revenue at $178.95 billion, up 13.0 percent; average RPL at $1.39 million, up 8.7 percent; average PEP at $3.59 million, up 14.0 percent; headcount at 128,868, up 4 percent; nonequity partners up about 7 percent against equity partners up 2 percent.
Reuters, on 6 December 2021, reported that Cravath moved off strictly seniority-based partner pay to modified lockstep, contribution plus tenure, and cited 2020 PEP of $4.576 million. Law.com, on 7 November 2023, confirmed creation of a nonequity “salary partner” tier; it did not publish a dollar band. The ABA Journal, on 8 November 2023, restated that the salaried nonequity role had been recently established. Individual equity-partner draws are not public. Salary-partner pay is not public. Anyone selling PEP as a partner salary is counting on the reader not opening the Am Law methodology.
Firm partnership announcements show the gate the associate lockstep still points at. The 20 November 2025 notice, effective 1 January 2026, listed new partners in Corporate (M&A; intellectual property) and Litigation (antitrust and general commercial; general commercial and securities), plus six of counsel. The 13 November 2024 notice, effective 1 January 2025, listed six new partners, all Corporate. The 20 June 2025 notice, effective 1 July 2025, listed two new partners — Corporate governance and Litigation — plus six of counsel. The partnership intake is still mostly Corporate deal work, with a smaller Litigation class and of-counsel as a parallel senior seat. Those labels are hiring-grade for a general counsel; they are not a published partner salary.
Demand that funds this table is concentrated, not a volume boom.
The capital that funds those stacks is a small number of mega-deals, a still-operative 2023 merger framework, and billable-hour growth that is running ahead of its long-term average — not a broad associate-headcount boom.
LSEG Deals Intelligence, on 12 August 2026, put announced global M&A for January through July 2026 at $3.19 trillion, up 36 percent year on year, on more than 28,000 transactions, down 10 percent. Forty-eight deals above $10 billion totaled $1.29 trillion, about 40 percent of value. U.S. targets were $1.69 trillion. Cravath’s generalist rotation is built for those 48 names, not for 28,000 mid-market files. Seats that clear are senior M&A, capital markets, tax, antitrust and executive compensation on $10 billion-plus combinations. Junior leverage on a power-law market is thinner than a 2010s volume boom.
The Thomson Reuters Institute press release of 10 November 2025 put Q3 2025 legal-sector demand up 3.9 percent against Q3 2024, with M&A hours up 7.6 percent on that release. Reuters, writing the same index the same day, put M&A at +6.7 percent; those two figures are not averaged here. Worked rates were up 7.4 percent in the Reuters write-up; RPL was up 6.6 percent on the TRI release. The Institute’s 2026 State of the US Legal Market, dated January 2026, put weekday-adjusted demand averaging 2.5 percent in 2025, peaking at 4.4 percent in July, with average law-firm profit growth of 13.0 percent, talent costs up 8.2 percent, and many general counsel “squeezed, with stagnant budgets,” with financial forecasts pointing to contraction by mid-2026. Citi’s law-firm group, reported by Bloomberg Law on 17 August 2026, put H1 2026 billable hours up 4.2 percent against a long-term average of 1.5 to 2 percent, revenue up 11.7 percent, expenses up 9.7 percent and compensation expense up 8.9 percent. Am Law 50 revenue was up 13.1 percent. AI spend was 0.25 percent of revenue at end-2025. The printed associate scale is still being funded by deal hours. AI is an overhead line, not a substitute for the 2L class.
Listed mega-cap corporates
The general counsel who both retains this firm on $10 billion-plus combinations and later hires the people who staffed them. Live 2025–26 mandates ran across media, consumer health, aggregates, chemicals and tools.
Issuers, underwriters and agent banks
Capital-markets and credit desks on SEC-registered notes, revolvers and depositary shares. The buyer on the company side is often treasury plus the chief legal officer, not a law-firm hiring committee.
In-house C-suite destinations
EVP/general counsel, chief legal officer, and president of corporate affairs seats at listed industrials, listed media and late-stage fintech. Four such partner-to-C-suite exits were counted in 2026 reporting by early September.
Courts that consume the work
The Northern District of California trial calendar on a live mega-merger, the Ninth Circuit on a contempt remand, E.D.N.Y. antitrust, California superior courts. They set the hours. They do not pay this scale.
Live mandates on the firm’s own deal pages in 2025–26 carried the practice labels a general counsel is buying: M&A, capital markets, banking, tax, executive compensation, antitrust, litigation, corporate governance, intellectual property, environmental, real estate, and, in Washington, regulatory, enforcement, compliance and investigations. Paramount Skydance’s acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, announced at a $110 billion enterprise value on the 28 February 2026 firm page, staffed M&A, capital markets, banking, tax, executive compensation, antitrust (including a D.C.-numbered partner), litigation, corporate governance, intellectual property and real estate at partner, of-counsel, senior-attorney, practice-area-attorney and associate level. That is the desk map. Other 2025–26 combinations on the same hub included a ~$48.7 billion consumer-health transaction (3 November 2025), a $13.5 billion aggregates combination (29 June 2026), a $17 billion broker combination (31 August 2026) and a $12 billion-plus chemicals merger of equals (16 June 2026).
The 2023 Merger Guidelines remain the federal review framework. An FTC Chairman memorandum dated 18 February 2025 told staff the joint 2023 guidelines “are in effect and are the framework for this agency’s merger-review analysis.” Hart-Scott-Rodino process yo-yoed around that: a heavier form took effect 10 February 2025, with 394 filings in the last week of the old form against a typical Premerger Notification Office flow of 35 to 50 transactions per week; the Eastern District of Texas vacated the new form on 12 February 2026; the Fifth Circuit denied a stay on 19 March 2026; filers returned to the pre-2025 form. The Department of Justice Antitrust Division closed its investigation of Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery on 12 June 2026 after eight months, more than two million documents from more than 80 custodians. Twelve states and the Writers Guild sued in the Northern District of California in mid-July 2026; a 4 August 2026 scheduling order set a 12-day bench trial for 2–19 March 2027 with an order not to close. The M&A, antitrust and litigation desks on that one mandate run at least into spring 2027. That is senior trial work, not first-year diligence.
The Supreme Court, on 20 February 2026, held in Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump that IEEPA does not authorize the President to impose tariffs, as CRS LSB11398 recorded the same day. Substitute Section 232, 301 and 122 regimes change deal pricing, MAC clauses and supply-chain M&A; they do not turn this firm into a volume trade shop. The SEC’s registered-offering proposal, file S7-2026-17, issued 19 May 2026 with comments due 27 July 2026, would widen Form S-3 if adopted; until then it is a comment-period driver, not live volume. NALP’s Class of 2025 Selected Findings, published 5 August 2026, put jobs at firms of more than 500 lawyers at 6,588, down 7.5 percent, about 540 fewer than Class of 2024, the first decline in that size band since Class of 2014. Federal employment fell 37 percent after the January 2025 hiring freeze. Business-sector employment sat at 6.7 percent, the lowest in 35 years. The 2L machine still feeds this firm; the market around it is older, and the federal clerk channel matters more, not less.
A general counsel matching this firm is not matching a first-year sticker.
The in-house reader is not hiring a class-of-2025 associate off a 2L callback. The cash problem is the mid-to-senior stack against GC/CLO total cash, and the equity problem is everything above that line.
A Cravath class-of-2022 associate’s 2026 base-plus-bonus stack is $382,500, arithmetic on the November memo. The Association of Corporate Counsel’s 2025 Law Department Compensation Survey, data effective 1 March 2025 across 1,632 self-reported respondents, put U.S. GC/CLO median total cash at $410,000 and median total target direct compensation at $503,000. The gap on cash is $27,500 before any company equity. A class-of-2019 stack prints $550,000, already above that GC/CLO median total cash. CLOs at companies with revenue above $5 billion show median total target exceeding $1 million, which is the band that can approach this firm’s partner economics only in the long-term-incentive tail, not in base salary. These are juxtaposed published medians and stacks, not a survey of Cravath alumni in-house.
In that New York interview cohort, 214 of 268 respondents sitting as general counsel, chief legal officer or head of legal at listed or PE-backed companies over a 24-month window named a Cravath-or-peer lockstep mid-level — years 4 through 6 — as the in-house seat they could not price off an ACC median. A general counsel at a NYSE-listed industrials company told us, inside that window, that the class-year stack was the only figure the compensation committee treated as real. A head of legal at a late-stage payments company said the board had authorized “GC median cash” and then saw a class-of-2019 stack that already printed above that line before any equity.
Cravath class of 2022 all-in
Base $310,000 + year-end $57,500 + special $15,000. The mid-level a general counsel actually tries to hire.
Cravath memo, 18 November 2025 (arithmetic) ↗The associate (and the partner) who earns this table is hired almost entirely at the start, not as a lateral.
- Hire at the beginning. The firm says it primarily hires associates directly after law school or clerkships, and that it hires very few associates laterally. Corporate, Litigation and Tax rotate 15 to 18 months among partner groups until partnership consideration. London corporate lawyers rotate 18 to 24 months from New York, plus a non-rotating London base.
- Clerkship cash is extra. One qualifying year pays $125,000; two years, or two one-year clerkships, pay $150,000 in lieu of the $125,000, on the careers page accessed 11 September 2026. A U.S. Supreme Court clerkship plus at least one other qualifying clerkship adds a further (undisclosed) bonus and two years of class credit. Approximately 44 percent of the firm’s litigators have clerked.
- Two published starters. Joint J.D./M.B.A. incoming associates are paid a $25,000 bonus upon arrival. Summer associates are paid $4,327 a week — 52 times $4,327 is $225,004, the weekly equivalent of the first-year base. A starting bonus and an interest-free loan exist as benefits; their dollar amounts are not published.
The general counsel who pays this table is buying firm-trained judgment, and ACC still prices that background as a premium.
- Firm experience still pays. Seventy-seven percent of ACC 2025 respondents had law-firm experience. Prior firm experience added 16 percent to median base and 18 percent to total cash at Attorney level, and 21 percent to base and 13 percent to total cash at CLO level, data effective 1 March 2025.
- Company size dominates. CLOs at companies with revenue above $5 billion showed 44 percent higher base and 173 percent higher total target than CLOs at companies below $1 billion. A listed mega-cap can fund the lockstep stack in LTI. A single-lawyer GC — median total cash $255,000 on the same survey — cannot.
- Mobility is not a flood. Sixteen percent of ACC respondents changed jobs in the prior two years; only 17 percent said they were likely to move in the coming year. Bloomberg Law, on 2 September 2026, counted a fourth Cravath partner leaving in 2026 for a C-suite job, a listed-media chief legal officer seat starting 1 October 2026. The competing buyer at the top of this table is the company, not another firm.
A general counsel matching this firm is not matching a first-year sticker.
Write the offer on the printed class year, then decide the equity.
We have worked the New York associate market for more than 10 years, for companies hiring lockstep-trained lawyers onto the payroll and for the firms that still run that lockstep.
Over the trailing three years Sartori’s New York associate mandate telemetry records 33 closed searches, a 93 percent completion rate, a typical timeline of 6 to 12 weeks, and a median 11 working days from offer to signature. Counter-offers landed on 37 percent of those 33 closed associate files. Of those 33, 12 were company-side hires of Cravath-scale corporate or M&A associates in years 4 through 7, over that same 36-month window. Seven of those 12 closed inside the 6-to-12-week band. Five ran past 12 weeks on compensation structure — base versus total cash versus long-term incentive — not on shortlist quality.
Four of those 12 lost first-round compensation authority. The general counsel had budgeted ACC-median total cash against a printed stack that already sat on or above that cash line, and the board would not reopen equity on the first pass. Those four files are why a 93 percent completion rate is not a victory lap: they were re-scoped to a deputy or stretched past twelve weeks. They did not vanish, and they did not fill on the original brief. That conversion cost is the uncomfortable number on this page.
Two composites, category only. A NYSE-listed U.S. industrials company asked us to move a Cravath-peer M&A partner into an executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary seat, the first in-house role after a long firm career. The company had used that firm as outside counsel on combinations in the same industry. Cash was not the bind; the bind was whether the board would underwrite a partner-level package against an ACC CLO band that only clears in the $5 billion-plus total-target tail. The file closed in the tenth week after the equity committee met a second time. A PE-backed healthcare platform asked for a year-5 lockstep associate as associate general counsel, M&A and governance. The first offer honored year 4 to “reset” the in-house title. The candidate’s counter, consistent with the 37 percent incidence on the New York associate line, was the printed year-5 stack plus a signing bonus. We rewrote the brief to year 5 before the name circulated. Time-to-fill: nine weeks. No real company, firm or candidate is named in either file.
Bloomberg Law, on 17 June 2026, wrote that Cravath itself had lost at least nine partners year-to-date. That is a reporter’s count, not a firm headcount release, and it sits beside the C-suite exits: a listed building-materials EVP/general counsel in February 2026, a late-stage fintech president of corporate affairs in January 2026, a listed-media chief legal officer seated for 1 October 2026. The remaining equity pool captures more of the PEP average. The competing buyer is the company. For how that search actually runs on a corporate payroll, see in-house counsel recruiting. For the associate lockstep when the buyer is still a firm, see associate recruiting. The in-house cash map sits on general counsel salary 2026 and in-house counsel salary 2026.
Cravath 2026 pay: questions both sides of the table ask
What is Cravath salary in 2026 for associates and the partners a company actually matches?
Cravath’s 2026 associate bases run from $225,000 to $420,000, printed on 18 November 2025. That is the firm’s own lockstep, still on the careers page as of 11 September 2026, and it is not the June 2026 market raise. Year-end and special bonuses on the same memo add a second cash stack; a class-of-2022 associate prints $382,500 all-in before any clerkship cash. Partner pay is not a salary cell: FY2024 profits per equity partner averaged $6.85 million on 90 equity partners, and FY2025 PEP is not in the open top 10. A general counsel matching this firm is matching those printed rungs, not a nickname.
What is the Cravath bonus scale that sits on top of 2026 base pay?
Year-end bonuses ran from $15,000 prorated for the class of 2025 to $115,000 for the class of 2018, plus special bonuses of $6,000 to $25,000, on the 18 November 2025 memo. The combined class-of-2018 bonus stack is $140,000. The firm wrote that it applies no billable-hour or similar test. Payment dates were 12 December 2025 in New York and Washington, D.C., and 19 December 2025 in London. Those cells are 2025 bonus cash; a 2026 bonus scale had not been announced as of the research window. The ABA Journal, reprinting the memo on 19 November 2025, noted the bonus ladder had been unchanged since 2021, attributed to Law360.
What is Cravath PEP, and is Cravath partner salary a public number?
Cravath partner salary is not a public figure; FY2024 profits per equity partner averaged $6.85 million on 90 equity partners. That PEP cell is an average of equity-owner profit, published in the 2025 Am Law / Global 100 tables, not a W-2. FY2025 RPL printed at $2.255 million (rank 10); Cravath is absent from the open 2026 PEP top 10, whose floor is Milbank at $7.620 million, so FY2025 PEP is omitted here. A salaried nonequity tier has existed since 2023 reporting; its dollar band was never published. Treat PEP as a proxy for the equity pool, not as anyone’s paycheck.
Has Cravath matched the 2026 Milbank associate raise?
No public match had been recorded as of 26 August 2026, 85 days after Milbank’s 2 June 2026 raise. That raise moved the market first-year base to $235,000 and the eighth-year base to $455,000, effective 1 July 2026. Cravath does not appear on Above the Law’s 2026 raises scorecard. The careers page accessed 11 September 2026 still printed $225,000 to $420,000. Speculation about a November 2026 close is not a firm number and is not used on this page.
How does Cravath associate salary compare with what a U.S. general counsel earns?
A Cravath class-of-2022 stack printed $382,500 in 2026; ACC’s 2025 GC/CLO median total cash was $410,000. That is a $27,500 gap on cash before any company equity, using only published cells, data effective 1 March 2025 on the ACC side. A class-of-2019 stack prints $550,000, already above that GC/CLO median cash line. ACC median total target direct compensation for GC/CLO sits at $503,000; the 90th percentile total cash is $764,000; CLOs at companies with revenue above $5 billion show median total target exceeding $1 million. The in-house match is an LTI problem, not a first-year sticker.
What should a chief legal officer budget to hire a Cravath-trained lawyer onto the payroll?
Budget the printed class-year stack first: $382,500 at year four before equity, $550,000 at the top published associate rung. ACC’s 2025 survey still shows a 16 to 21 percent cash premium for prior law-firm experience, and 77 percent of respondents had that background. Of 33 closed New York associate searches over three years, 12 were company-side hires of Cravath-scale corporate or M&A associates in years 4–7; 4 of those 12 lost first-round compensation authority because the board had budgeted GC-median cash against a stack that already sat on or above that line. Re-scope before you open, or the 6-to-12-week clock becomes a compensation committee file.
The November memo, Am Law tables, the ACC survey, and the New York interview cohort.
Associate bases and bonuses come from the 18 November 2025 firm memorandum and the careers pages. Partner economics come from Am Law ranking tables. In-house cash comes from ACC. Demand and the regulatory clock come from TRI, Citi, LSEG, DOJ, FTC and the Northern District of California. Reachability comes from Sartori's New York associate research program.

FY2025 RPL is Above the Law, 15 April 2026; FY2025 PEP is omitted because Cravath is not on the open top 10. In-house medians are ACC 2025, data effective 1 March 2025.
