An established international law firm is seeking a Spanish-qualified employment lawyer to join its Employment & Labor practice in Madrid. The role offers the opportunity to advise clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working within an internationally connected team.

The position sits within a collaborative practice serving employers across sectors, handling day-to-day employment advice, workplace disputes, and transactional employment support. The firm is looking for a lawyer who can work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment.

This is a client-facing role with scope for career growth and hands-on exposure to sophisticated employment work in the Spanish market.

Spanish-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in Employment & Labor law
Experience advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Excellent written and spoken Spanish; professional English preferred
