Leading international firm seeks a senior employment lawyer to join its Madrid employment team. The role focuses on high‑quality Spanish employment advice across both domestic and cross‑border matters, working closely with the firm’s international employment practice.

Day‑to‑day work includes advising on the employment aspects of corporate and finance transactions, restructurings (ERTE/collective and individual dismissals), drafting employment and service contracts, incentive schemes and executive matters, plus representation in conciliations and hearings.

7–8 years' post‑qualification experience in a law firm employment practice (Spain).
Proven experience advising on transactional employment issues, restructurings and employee relations.
Experience drafting contracts, incentive plans and equality plans; handling conciliations and hearings.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Ability to work on cross‑border matters and with interdisciplinary teams.
