Top-tier U.S. firm is seeking a mid-level antitrust associate to join its Washington, DC antitrust & competition practice. The team handles complex antitrust litigation, merger reviews, government investigations, and strategic counseling for corporate clients.

The role will involve working on high‑stakes litigation and multi‑district matters, representing clients before the FTC, DOJ and state attorneys general, and advising on distribution practices, collaborations, non‑competes, and compliance programs. You will have opportunities for direct client contact, courtroom and investigatory advocacy, and training presentations to senior executives and boards.

Minimum 3 years of substantive antitrust experience (mid‑level associate).
