Antitrust Associate — Antitrust & Competition, Washington

Seeking an associate to join a national antitrust litigation team based in Washington, D.C. The role involves defending and prosecuting complex civil antitrust matters, handling discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in federal courts and regulatory proceedings.

Candidates will work on cross-disciplinary matters that intersect with government investigations, technology and commercial litigation, collaborating with senior litigators and supporting client-facing strategy and courtroom work.

• Juris Doctor and active membership (or eligibility) to practice in D.C. or another U.S. jurisdiction
• Prior antitrust litigation or civil litigation experience (research, motions, depositions, trial prep)
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and briefing skills
• Ability to manage discovery and complex factual records; comfortable coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
