Antitrust Associate — Mergers (Washington, D.C.)

High‑profile antitrust team seeking a mid‑level associate to support complex merger reviews and Second Request matters. The group handles large, cross‑industry transactions with frequent work in technology, life sciences, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.

The role will focus on substantive antitrust analysis and managing the process side of merger investigations, including leading Second Request review teams composed of associates and contract reviewers. This position is based in Washington, D.C.

• 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in antitrust/competition, with substantive mergers experience
• Demonstrated experience with Second Request compliance and the ability to manage a 2R review team
• Experience in or familiarity with technology and life‑sciences transactions preferred
• Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
