Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust and Litigation practice in Rochester. The role focuses on handling complex antitrust litigation and related competition matters across state and federal courts.

The team is looking for an experienced trial lawyer to expand and lead local antitrust litigation work, collaborate with national colleagues on multijurisdictional disputes, and develop client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring new business is expected.

10+ years of antitrust litigation experience (or equivalent complex civil litigation experience)
Established trial and motion practice with strong courtroom experience
Proven ability to develop business or bring a portable practice
Admission to the relevant state bar and good standing
