Experienced litigation partner sought to join a busy Rochester office of a leading U.S. law firm. The role focuses on leading complex commercial and civil litigation matters, managing courtroom work and supervising junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate will be client-facing, able to develop and expand client relationships, and comfortable handling high-stakes disputes through trial and alternative dispute resolution. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and practice growth in the region.

Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible) and in good standing
Substantial experience handling complex commercial or civil litigation matters; trial experience preferred
Proven ability to manage teams and supervise associates
Track record of business development and client relationship management; ability to bring or grow a portable practice is a plus
