Asset-Backed Finance Associate — New York

Mid-senior associate opportunity on a national structured finance team based in New York. The role focuses on asset-backed finance, securitizations and other structured finance transactions for a mix of institutional and issuer clients.

The team advises borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers on all phases of securitization and asset-backed lending matters. This is a position within a growing, market-facing practice with broad transaction exposure.

• 3–7 years' PQE in asset-backed finance, securitization or structured finance
• Experience advising one or more of: borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents or collateral managers
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable on complex financing matters
• Admission to practice and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire (New York preferred)
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent); law school transcript and resume available on request
