Mid-to-senior level associate opportunity with a nationally recognized finance practice, joining a team that advises on securitizations, asset-backed financings and related structured finance transactions. The role involves working on transactions for a range of market participants, from sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups.

The team is active in developing and implementing securitization platforms and structured offerings. This position offers the chance to work on complex, market-facing matters and grow within an established structured finance practice.

3–7 years post-qualification experience in asset-backed finance, securitization or asset‑based lending
Experience advising borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents and/or collateral managers on structured finance transactions
Admission to practice and good standing in the hiring jurisdiction
Strong transactional drafting and deal execution experience; comfort with complex documentation and commercial negotiation
