Top-tier finance team seeks an associate with 3–6 years' experience in asset-backed and structured finance to join the Washington, D.C. office. The role involves advising on asset-backed finance and asset-based lending transactions for borrowers and lenders across structured finance and debt finance matters.

Candidates should be able to lead drafting and negotiation of credit agreements, with particular experience on warehouse facilities considered a plus. The role requires admission to practice and good standing in the hiring jurisdiction.
