Asset Management Associate — Private Funds, Los Angeles

Seeking a senior associate to join a growing asset management/private funds team in the firm's Los Angeles office. The role focuses on private fund work, with primary responsibility for private equity fund formations and ongoing fund-level and manager-level matters.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating fund documents, advising investment managers on regulatory and commercial issues, and supporting a range of client engagements across fund formation and fund operations. • 6–8 years' qualifying experience in private funds, with a strong focus on private equity fund formation.
• Experience drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, subscription documents and related fund documentation.
• Familiarity with investment management regulatory considerations and fund-level operational matters.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work collaboratively on client matters.
