Responsibilities include representing leading investment management firms in fund formations, as well as investors and distributors of such funds, and providing a full range of legal services to these clients.
- 3–8 years of private fund experience, with a focus on private equity, credit, and/or hedge funds
- Strong experience with fund formations and advising fund sponsors, investors, and distributors
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client management skills
