Growing asset management team in the Los Angeles office is seeking a senior associate with substantial private fund experience, primarily focused on private equity funds. The role offers hands-on responsibility for fund formations and ongoing fund-related work across a book of investment management clients.

Strong candidates will join a practice in expansion with clear opportunities for career progression and will provide a full range of transactional and advisory services to investment managers and private fund sponsors.

• 6–8 years of private fund experience, with a focus on private equity funds
