Asset Management Associate — Private Funds, Los Angeles

Senior associate opportunity in a growing asset management team based in Los Angeles. The group advises investment managers on private fund transactions and is expanding its private funds practice.

Day-to-day work will focus on private equity fund formation and related transactional matters, providing a full range of legal services to investment management clients and supporting business development and team growth.

• 6-8 years' experience in private funds, with a strong focus on private equity fund formation
• Track record drafting fund documents and advising investment managers on formation and regulatory matters
• Comfortable managing client relationships and working on multiple concurrent matters
• Strong transactional skills, attention to detail, and interest in advancing within a growing practice
