We are seeking junior and mid-level associates (approximately 2 to 5 years PQE) to join our premier Antitrust & Competition practice in Brussels. You will work on cutting-edge, high-profile merger control and regulatory matters, particularly within the technology sector, and collaborate with international teams on complex, groundbreaking legal issues.

Represent clients before the European Commission and other global competition authorities
Handle merger clearance proceedings, including Phase II investigations and related litigation
Advise on the full spectrum of antitrust and competition law, including abuse of dominance and cartel matters
Support clients through government investigations and enforcement actions
Draft high-quality legal documents and provide strategic counsel on complex regulatory challenges

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent drafting skills, fluency in English, and an EU Bar membership are required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in antitrust and competition law
Strong experience in merger control and regulatory work, ideally within the tech sector
In-depth knowledge of EU competition law and procedures
Superior drafting and analytical skills

Proficiency in English required
EU Bar membership essential
