An internationally recognized Antitrust & Competition practice is seeking talented associates at junior and more experienced levels to join its foreign direct investment (FDI) team in Brussels.

The role sits at the heart of a strategically important and rapidly growing practice. You will work closely with international deal teams and advise clients on increasingly sophisticated FDI screening frameworks, including foreign investment approval requirements worldwide, structuring and implementing cross-border transactions, coordinating parallel FDI and merger control proceedings, developing compliance strategies, and representing clients before national and European authorities and courts.

This is an opportunity to collaborate on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters within a top-ranked global competition practice while helping clients navigate the intersection of foreign investment control and merger control.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; candidates at junior and more experienced levels considered
Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Hands-on experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional FDI analyses on complex cross-border transactions
Creative, open-minded approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player
Proficiency in English required
EU Bar Membership essential
