Associate Attorney, Insurance - Idaho

Seeking an insurance defense associate to support Idaho-focused matters on a largely remote basis. The role handles a broad mix of civil litigation: insurance coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, uninsured/underinsured motorist (UIM) defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims, and related employment and property disputes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, preparing cases for trial, and communicating effectively with insurers and insureds. The position offers hybrid work flexibility and access to mentorship and firm-wide training resources.

• Admission to practice in Idaho, Montana, or Utah
• Civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters, with strong organisation and problem-solving skills
