Seeking an insurance litigator to work remotely supporting matters in Utah and Montana. The role handles a broad mix of insurance-defense work, including coverage and bad-faith matters, catastrophic injury and wrongful-death cases, UIM defense, premises and transportation claims, and related employment and property disputes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery and document review, developing case strategies, and preparing files for trial or mediation. The position requires frequent client and insurer reporting and active case management.

Admission to practice in Washington state
Civil litigation experience, preferably with insurance-defense matters
Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Experience taking depositions and preparing for hearings/mediations and trial
Excellent organization, time-management and case-handling skills; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters
