Apply in confidence →National litigation practice is seeking part-time and limited-engagement attorneys across the United States. Opportunities are remote/virtual with periodic in-person coverage possible; candidates may set flexible schedules and work between 25%–100% FTE depending on availability.
Openings span multiple litigation disciplines including commercial litigation, product liability, insurance coverage and general liability. The role offers exposure to hearings, depositions and trial work, mentorship, and cross-office referral support within a national platform.
Competitive compensation and benefits are available for attorneys working consistent long-term schedules (benefits eligibility typically begins at ~30 hours/week). Applicants should be prepared to submit a resume, cover letter and writing sample.
- Active admission to practice in the state where the role is based
- 3–10 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in defense-side litigation (commercial, product liability, insurance, or related areas preferred)
- Strong litigation, legal writing, research and oral advocacy skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
