Apply in confidence →Seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2–4 years' experience) to join a national litigation team that represents clients in the financial services and fintech sectors. The role focuses on government investigations, enforcement matters, and related civil litigation across U.S. offices.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing discovery and responses to subpoenas and civil investigative demands, assisting with interviews and depositions, preparing motions, briefs and settlement documents, and supporting negotiations with government enforcement counsel. The role requires legal research on federal and state consumer financial services laws and clear written and oral client communication.
The team offers structured training, mentoring and opportunities to work on high-profile enforcement and regulatory matters within a collaborative environment.
- Juris Doctor and membership in the bar of the hiring office required
- 2–4 years of litigation and/or enforcement experience
- Experience with discovery, subpoenas/CIDs, witness preparation, and drafting motions/pleadings
- Experience or strong interest in consumer financial services, payments, or fintech preferred; excellent writing and interpersonal skills
