An established litigation practice is seeking Mandarin-speaking associates to join its commercial litigation team across its New York, Washington, DC, and California offices. The group handles sophisticated cross-border and commercial disputes for a demanding client base.

Associates will manage multiple complex matters simultaneously, contributing to research, written work product, and case strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role offers substantial responsibility and exposure to high-stakes litigation.

Qualified candidates bring native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English alongside prior commercial litigation experience at a leading firm. Candidates must be admitted, or eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.

Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and deliver consistently high-quality work product
Admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the relevant jurisdiction
