We are seeking Mandarin-speaking litigation associates to join a leading international law firm's commercial litigation practice, with opportunities available across multiple US offices, including New York, Washington, DC, and California.

The role involves substantive, sophisticated commercial litigation work, managing multiple complex matters simultaneously and delivering consistently high-quality work product within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidates will exercise strong judgment and attention to detail while handling research, writing, and analytical work at a high level. This position is open to qualified associates with at least two years of relevant experience.

Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Admission to practice, or eligibility for admission, in the relevant jurisdiction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent judgment and attention to detail
