Associate Attorney, Litigation — Los Angeles

Growing US litigation team seeks a California-admitted associate to join its Los Angeles office. The role offers early client responsibility and direct work with senior litigators on insurance coverage, defense, and general commercial matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting pleadings and motions, conducting research and depositions, supporting motion practice and case strategy, and communicating with clients. The team handles a mix of coverage, bad-faith defense and commercial litigation files with opportunities for courtroom exposure.

• Admitted to the California bar
• 2–3 years post-admission litigation experience at a US law firm
• Strong foundation in drafting, motion practice, discovery, legal research and depositions
• Ability to analyze complex facts and produce commercially sound advice
• Confident client-facing communication and composure under pressure
• Collaborative team player with strong academic credentials
• Preferred: insurance coverage/defense experience, civil litigation or trial exposure, familiarity with international insurer work
