Leading global banking practice seeks a 2+ year associate to join its US private credit, acquisition finance and leveraged finance team. The role is open across multiple US offices and will work on lender-side transactions for banks, direct lenders and credit funds.

The team handles a full range of syndicated and private credit products, including unitranche, first- and second-lien, mezzanine, asset-based and structured financings, and regularly advises on complex, cross-border transactions. The group offers high deal volume, market-leading clients and collaborative, growth-oriented partner support.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance (lender-side experience preferred)
Experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation for syndicated and private transactions
Comfortable working on complex capital structures and intercreditor/security issues
Strong legal research, writing and teamwork skills; ability to manage multiple deals and client relationships
