Associate, Business & Tort Litigation — Los Angeles

Mid-level associate role within a busy Business and Tort Litigation team in the Los Angeles office. The group handles commercial litigation matters and seeks associates who can contribute to all phases of litigation, from motion practice through trial preparation.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on client matters. Substantial client contact and responsibility are available for attorneys who demonstrate initiative and sound judgment.

• 3-5 years' commercial litigation experience (PQE)
• Excellent academic record and strong writing and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and/or trials preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team and manage substantial client interaction
