Top-tier US capital markets group is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Los Angeles office. The team advises on a full range of securities work, including public company representation, equity and debt offerings, and complex listing and disclosure matters.

The role offers exposure to high‑profile capital raises and cross‑border transactions, working alongside senior deal teams and a centralized securities/regulatory desk. Candidates will draft offering documents, contribute to due diligence and coordinate with underwriting and listing stakeholders.

Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in capital markets or public company work
Experience with securities offerings, disclosure documents and SEC/listing-related issues
Strong drafting, transactional and due diligence skills
Ability to work on fast-paced, team-driven matters and manage client-facing responsibilities
