Associate — Capital Markets — New York

Leading US capital markets team is hiring associates to work on a broad range of securities matters, including public and private equity and debt offerings, high‑yield and investment‑grade debt, direct listings and related transactional work. The group advises issuers, sponsors and underwriters on complex, cross‑border capital raisings and regulatory issues.

The New York office is seeking associates across several junior to mid levels (2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th year classes). Successful candidates will join deal teams on high‑profile transactions, collaborate with regulatory and cross‑office specialists, and receive mentorship aimed at accelerating transactional and securities expertise.

• Minimum of 2 years' post‑qualification experience in capital markets or securities transactions.
• Experience on public offerings and debt or equity financings (drafting, due diligence, deal execution).
• Strong drafting, commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple matters under deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with interest in complex, cross‑border capital markets work.
