Our firm is seeking a Capital Markets associate with 2–7 years of experience to join our nationally recognized corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity and equity-linked transactions, with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors. Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting, and exchange compliance is also required.

This role involves managing client relationships and handling day-to-day work for a sophisticated client base. The successful candidate will have worked in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm and will have a record of high academic achievement from a top law school.
