Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney — Atlanta

A growing commercial litigation team in Atlanta is seeking an associate with experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts. The role includes motion practice, depositions, trial work and involvement in appeals and regulatory proceedings for a diverse client base.

The team represents local, national and international clients across industries and offers a collaborative platform with exposure to high-stakes matters. This position is a hybrid office arrangement.

• 2–7 years of complex commercial or business litigation experience
• Practical experience with motion practice, depositions and trial work
• Admission to the Georgia Bar required
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Technology or intellectual property experience (including patent bar) is a strong plus
