An AmLaw 100 full-service firm is seeking an associate to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation practice in its San Diego office. The role offers hands-on involvement in high-stakes federal and state litigation for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 corporations, financial institutions, manufacturers, healthcare providers, technology companies, and construction contractors.

The practice handles a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC matters. Associates are actively involved in all phases of litigation, from motions and depositions to mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

1–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in federal and state matters
Experience in all facets of litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
Active admission to the California Bar
White collar or government investigations experience is a plus
