Associate, Commercial Litigation — Los Angeles

We are seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a major international litigation team in the Los Angeles office. The role involves substantial responsibility on complex business disputes, including class actions and arbitration-related matters, with opportunities to work on cross-border and high-stakes matters.

The successful candidate will draft briefs and pleadings, manage discovery and deposition preparation, support trial and appellate work, and liaise with clients and experts. The team offers significant early responsibility, collaborative support across offices, and exposure to regulatory and industry-specific litigation.

• 2-5 years of civil/commercial litigation experience at a law firm
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing
• Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage discovery, prepare for depositions and assist in trial preparation
