Associate — Commercial Litigation, Los Angeles

A global law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Los Angeles office, working on complex commercial disputes, class actions and arbitration-related matters. The role offers early responsibility on high‑stakes matters, opportunities for cross‑office collaboration, and exposure to trial and appellate work.

Typical matters include contract and business‑tort disputes, regulatory investigations, and multi‑jurisdictional litigation. The team values strong advocacy, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage document discovery, witness preparation, and motion practice.

• 2–5 years of civil/commercial litigation experience at a law firm
• Member in good standing of the relevant state bar (California preferred)
• Excellent legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with discovery, depositions, trial preparation and client communications
• Strong academic record, commercial awareness, and ability to work both independently and in teams
