2–6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in relevant regulatory or transactional work
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
Experience or demonstrable interest in CFIUS and the Outbound Investment Security Program (OISP)
Experience or willingness to develop expertise in export controls, government contracts and internal investigations
Familiarity with regulatory agencies of interest (e.g., BIS, DDTC, OFAC, DCSA) and transactional support for M&A/structured investments
