Senior associate opportunity to join a market-leading strategic equity transactions group in New York. The team advises on equity derivatives, equity-linked financings and convertible offerings for sophisticated financial institutions, corporates and high‑net‑worth clients across cross-border transactions.

Work includes structuring and documenting financing, hedging and monetization transactions (e.g. variable prepaid forwards, funded collars, covered calls, margin loans), convertible and issuer-forward capital raises, structured repurchases and acquisition-related structures. The role offers exposure to securities, tax, secured‑transactions and restructuring issues and close collaboration with senior deal lawyers across global offices.

Minimum of 2 years’ transactional experience (PQE/associate level)
Background in capital markets, securities, derivatives documentation (ISDA) and/or secured transactions or bankruptcy/restructuring
Strong drafting and deal execution skills on complex securities or structured finance matters
Ability to work on fast‑paced, high‑stakes cross‑border transactions with senior attorneys
