Associate, Corporate/M&A - Düsseldorf

Join a global integrated law practice to support domestic and cross-border M&A matters from our Düsseldorf office. You will advise corporate clients, banks and investors on transactions including joint ventures, public takeovers and restructurings.

The role covers transaction structuring, due diligence, contract negotiation and implementation, working closely with international teams and external advisers. The team offers mentoring, in‑house training and structured development to build your expertise.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany or near-qualifying; open to entry-level candidates and those with early private practice or in-house experience
• Excellent academic record (Prädikatsexamen preferred) and very good English skills
• Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial mindset and communication skills
• Team-oriented, able to manage complex matters and propose practical solutions
