An international law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its Luxembourg office. The corporate team handles a broad range of work including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, reorganizations and corporate governance.

The role involves leading and managing M&A and private equity transactions from start to finish, coordinating negotiations, structuring and execution. You will provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters with a focus on international transactions, and draft and review complex agreements, shareholder agreements, financing arrangements and corporate restructurings.

You will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside corporate, banking and finance, tax and fund lawyers, acting as a key client contact and providing tailored commercial solutions.

6 years of corporate law experience within an international law firm in Luxembourg
Law degree and admission to the Luxembourg Bar (Liste I)
Team player with an entrepreneurial and commercial approach
Strong communication, adaptation and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and French; additional languages an asset
