A leading international law firm is seeking a Tax Associate to join its Luxembourg office. The firm's tax practice advises multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, including planning, structuring and compliance.

The role sits within a team handling mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, tax-efficient investment structures and tax disputes. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior colleagues on complex, cross-border matters for sophisticated clients.

This is an opportunity to develop deep transactional tax expertise in a global platform, with substantial client exposure and involvement in strategy discussions, due diligence and negotiations.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in tax, ideally within a transactional practice
Experience of M&A, cross-border transactions and international tax structuring
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Interest in coaching and developing more junior lawyers
