An opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join a highly regarded Corporate M&A team in Luxembourg, with a dual focus on real estate and corporate transactions. The team handles mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, migrations, capital markets, joint ventures, general corporate advice and corporate pre-litigation and litigation.

The successful candidate will work on both local and cross-border projects within a genuinely international and collaborative environment. Law degree, preferably with distinction; an LL.M. from an American or English university is an asset.
Admission to, or eligibility for, the CCDL or an equivalent EU bar.

Fluency in written and spoken English and French; German is an asset.
Proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a client-service mindset.
