Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, financings, or similar transactional matters)
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-communication skills; ability to work in team-oriented, high-volume environments
