Our Debt Finance practice advises borrowers, lenders and financial institutions across the full spectrum of debt transactions and financial structuring. The team handles syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and structured finance, guiding clients through loan agreement negotiation, security documentation and regulatory compliance while managing risk.

We are seeking strong mid-level and senior associates with substantive experience managing and negotiating debt finance transactions for our Americas Banking practice. You will work with all finance partners and with teams across other offices, gaining diverse experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions across a wide range of industries.

At least four years of debt finance experience
Preferred background in sponsored finance, syndicated lending, acquisition/leveraged finance (borrower or lender side) and/or direct lending and private credit
Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity
Project management experience with commercial and business acumen
Outstanding communication and time management skills; ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent drafting skills and strong client service focus
Team player with strong judgment, proactively resourceful and takes initiative
Fluency in English required; admitted to the bar and in good standing
