Qualifications:

At least four years of debt finance experience
Preferred experience includes sponsored finance, syndicated lending, acquisition/leveraged finance (borrower or lender side), and/or direct lending and private credit transactions
Strong academic record, intellectual curiosity, and creative thinking
Project management experience and commercial acumen
Outstanding communication, drafting, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under pressure
Client service focus, team player, and strong judgment
Proactive, resourceful, and a self-starter
Fluency in English required; admitted to the bar and in good standing
