Leading global debt finance team seeks a mid‑level to senior associate to support complex domestic and cross‑border lending transactions. You will work on syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured financings and related security documentation across a range of industries.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan and security documents, managing deal teams and due diligence, advising on post‑closing matters, and collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices. The role involves mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to client development and training initiatives.

Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification debt finance experience (syndicated lending, leveraged finance, structured finance or direct/private credit)
Strong drafting, negotiation and project‑management skills; experience leading transaction teams
Excellent academic record, commercial judgment and client service skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers
Admitted to the bar in good standing and fluent in English
