Associate, Debt Finance — Sydney

Join a global debt finance team advising on syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and structured financings for borrowers, lenders and sponsors. The role involves negotiating and drafting loan and security documents, managing regulatory and risk issues, and supporting complex cross-border transactions.

As an associate you will work on large-scale banking matters, support due diligence, manage communications with clients and external parties, and contribute to the growth of the practice. The team offers structured career progression and exposure to high‑value, multi-jurisdictional deals.

• Admission in Australia
• 2-4 years PQE in banking/debt finance
• Experience across acquisition/leveraged financings, syndicated and bilateral facilities (secured and unsecured)
• Strong academic record, analytical ability and commercial awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time-management skills; able to work well under pressure and in a team
