Mid-level associate role in a busy New York debt finance group focused on private credit and creditor-side transactions. The position will support direct lending, private credit financings, restructurings and workouts for institutional lenders and sponsors.

Ideal candidates will join a market-leading transactional practice handling complex financings and syndicated or bilateral deals. The team values strong technical skills, commercial judgment and an ability to manage matters from diligence through closing.

Base salary for associates in the office is provided on a class-year scale and ranges in the mid-hundreds (as posted internally).

4–6 years' experience in private credit, debt finance or related transactional work
Experience on creditor-side financings, direct lending, restructurings and workouts
Background with asset-backed financings or junior/mezzanine capital is a plus
Admitted to practice in New York
Proven ability to manage complex transactions and strong academic/professional credentials
