Top-tier global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its corporate team with a focus on emerging growth companies and the institutional investors that back them. This is a multi-office U.S. role open across several major markets.

The role centers on representing issuers and investors in venture capital financings, supporting M&A transactions, and advising growth-stage companies on routine corporate matters. You will work on deal execution, draft and negotiate transaction documents, conduct legal research, and collaborate with cross-office teams.

The position offers hybrid working arrangements, opportunities for client-facing responsibility, and participation in firm training, pro bono and community programs.

JD from an accredited law school and active admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Approximately 4 years' post-qualification experience in venture capital/emerging growth representation.
Experience advising both institutional investors and issuers on VC financings; transactional experience in M&A preferred.
Strong drafting, research, negotiation and client-relationship skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively.
