An Am Law 20 firm seeks an associate to join its Employment & Labor practice group in its Bay Area offices. This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to both counseling and contentious work.

The position involves significant day-to-day counseling of clients on employment matters, alongside employment support on M&A transactions and employment litigation. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and deal teams across a range of matters.

2–5 years of broad employment law experience
Training and interest in both employment counseling and employment litigation
Experience or interest in employment support on M&A transactions
High level of motivation and initiative

Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
