Apply in confidence →Top-tier global law firm is recruiting a junior associate for its Energy & Natural Resources practice in Houston. You will support a national and international team on complex transactional matters across conventional, renewable, and transitional energy sectors.
Work will include mergers & acquisitions, project development, project finance, project contracts and related transactional matters. The role offers substantive client exposure, training within a large multi-office platform, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 0–2 years post-qualification experience; energy experience preferred
- Admission to the Texas Bar, or eligibility to sit for the Texas Bar Exam (summer 2026) and ability to obtain admission
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Excellent drafting and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
