The role suits candidates who want exposure to both deal drafting and regulatory advocacy for developers, utilities and large corporate buyers.
- 3–6 years' experience in energy law with regulatory and transactional exposure
- Familiarity with the Federal Power Act, power market mechanics, and power transaction structures
- Proven drafting ability on energy contracts and transactions
- JD from an accredited law school; admitted or eligible to waive into the office jurisdiction
