Mid-level associate opportunity in a national Environment, Energy & Resources practice focused on the intersection of digital infrastructure and the energy transition. Work will include negotiating commercial power agreements, advising on RTO/ISO market design and interconnection issues, and counseling clients on FERC matters and federal energy policy.

Assignments span transactional and regulatory work: bespoke power purchase and energy service agreements, market participation and capacity mechanisms within major RTOs/ISOs, and representation on FERC compliance and proceedings. The role suits candidates who want exposure to both deal drafting and regulatory advocacy for developers, utilities and large corporate buyers.

3–6 years' experience in energy law with regulatory and transactional exposure
Familiarity with the Federal Power Act, power market mechanics, and power transaction structures
Proven drafting ability on energy contracts and transactions
JD from an accredited law school; admitted or eligible to waive into the office jurisdiction
