The role focuses on structuring, documenting and negotiating CLOs and related credit products, working closely with capital markets, investment and risk teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating CLO and syndicated loan documentation, leading product development for new structured finance offerings, advising on regulatory and cross-border issues, and supporting transaction execution through to closing.
- JD or equivalent degree
- Admission to and good standing with the New York bar
- Demonstrable CLO / structured finance experience from a top-tier law firm
- Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
