Apply in confidence →National U.S. practice is seeking an associate to join a project development and finance team that regularly advises owners and developers on large-scale energy and infrastructure matters. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts for complex projects across the United States.
This is a hands-on transactional role within a global project development & finance practice. You will work closely with deal teams on contract documentation, risk allocation, and commercial negotiation for infrastructure and energy projects of varying technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction/EPC or project finance transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating EPC or major construction agreements for energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial drafting, contract negotiation, and project documentation skills.
- Ability to work on cross‑office, cross‑discipline teams and manage multiple matters.
