Mid-level finance associate role within a national practice advising companies and investors in technology, life sciences, AI, fintech, digital infrastructure and other high-growth sectors. The team focuses on innovative financing solutions at the intersection of banking, private capital and emerging-company growth.

Work will involve cross-practice collaboration with corporate, M&A, private equity, capital markets, funds and restructuring lawyers to structure and execute sophisticated financings for borrowers, lenders and sponsors across the deal lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to develop a finance practice handling venture debt, growth capital, syndicated and bilateral facilities, asset-based and structured financings, subscription/NAV and other specialty financing products.

3–7 years' experience in banking, finance, leveraged finance, private credit, venture lending or related financing work
Experience representing borrowers, lenders, sponsors or investors on complex financing transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
California bar admission or eligibility for admission
