Mid-level associate role in a fund finance team based in New York, supporting a broad fund lender and asset manager client base. The role involves lead drafting and negotiation of fund financings, syndicated and commercial lending facilities, NAV financings, CLO and ABL transactions, and related secured lending matters.

Successful candidates will work on high‑value, market-facing transactions and will have frequent client contact across lending and fund formation matters. The team seeks someone comfortable running deals, coordinating diligence, and providing pragmatic commercial advice under tight deadlines.

3–6 years of relevant law firm experience in fund finance, syndicated lending, leveraged finance, NAV financings, CLOs, ABL or acquisition financings
Juris doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission to the bar in the United States (or pending admission)
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing diligence and coordinating with lenders, sponsors and counsel
Excellent academic record, attention to detail, and effective client-facing communication skills
