New York-based Global Finance group seeking an associate to handle private credit and asset‑backed financing matters, with a focus on warehouse lending and related transactions.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, loan and security documents, servicing agreements, SPV issuer governance documents, and preparing legal opinions. The role involves leading aspects of asset‑based warehouse financings for borrower and lender clients.

Candidates must be admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar.

Minimum ~3 years' experience on asset‑based lending/warehouse financing matters.
Experience with acquisition and financing of consumer loans, mortgages, portfolios of single‑family homes and/or interests in private funds.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on flow purchase agreements, loan and security agreements, servicing agreements, SPV governing documents, and related legal opinions.
Admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the New York bar.
