Join a market-leading insurance disputes team in Exeter handling a mix of domestic and international matters. The role involves day-to-day management of insurance and personal injury disputes across litigation, arbitration and ADR, with strong partner support and a collaborative team culture.

You will work on coverage and interpretation issues, liability claims, subrogation and both claimant and defendant personal injury matters in the England & Wales jurisdiction, while contributing to client care, file management and team business development.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
Proven litigation experience in insurance disputes and/or personal injury
Strong technical skills, ability to manage and progress files with limited supervision
Commercial awareness, client‑focused approach and excellent communication skills
Ability to handle volume work to deadline and participate in team marketing initiatives
