Experienced insurance litigator opportunity in Dallas focusing on complex insurance coverage and first‑party property matters. The role involves counseling insurer clients on coverage disputes, defending and prosecuting declaratory actions, and handling bad‑faith and business interruption disputes.

Day‑to‑day duties include drafting coverage opinions and motions, managing discovery and document productions, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and consultants, and corresponding with opposing counsel and the court. The team handles both domestic and international insurer clients.

Admitted to practice in Texas.
3–6 years’ post‑qualification insurance experience, with first‑party property and coverage work preferred.

Excellent legal writing, research (Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis) and advocacy skills; experience drafting pleadings, motions and mediation statements.
Ability to manage a caseload independently, coordinate experts, and travel as needed.
